As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can bring expertise, energy, and leadership to keep our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
In this role, you’ll be the driver behind our supply chain strategy — from sourcing materials and building supplier relationships, to optimizing logistics and ensuring our products reach customers on time. You’ll have the freedom to shape processes, introduce new ideas, and build a supply chain team that’s ready to meet today’s challenges and tomorrow’s growth.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations — procurement, inventory, logistics, and production planning.
- Build strong supplier and partner relationships to ensure reliability, cost savings, and innovation.
- Balance demand and supply with smart forecasting and planning to keep production on track.
- Optimize logistics and warehousing so products move efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Develop and track KPIs that keep the supply chain visible and accountable.
- Coach and mentor a small but growing team, creating a culture of ownership and problem-solving.
- Champion continuous improvement — bringing Lean, Six Sigma, or other best practices to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
What You Bring
- A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on supply chain management experience (manufacturing preferred).
- Solid knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and production planning.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you can manage suppliers, lead teams, and collaborate across departments.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Familiarity with Canadian trade, compliance, and transportation regulations.
