What you will be doing:
- Leading the operation of a custom manufacturing plant from a safety, process, and quality standpoint.
- Provide strong and productive relationships with all staff on site.
- Manage short, medium and long term capital development projects for the site.
- Develop business, operations, and financial plans for the site as well as ensuring sufficient resources.
- Manage and empower a multi-disciplinary team of operators, supervisors, and support staff.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in Engineering or Business Management or applicable industry experience.
- Site Development and Capital Project Experience is required.
- Ideally you will have 5 plus years in Operations and Manufacturing roles within custom manufacturing environments.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written are required for this position.
- Positive team building and development mentality.
